Job Description:

Nishant Growth Foundation is looking for motivated individuals to join as Agriculture Assistants under its Agriculture & Livestock Development Program. The role involves assisting farmers and rural communities in adopting modern agricultural techniques, improving productivity, and supporting livestock management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to farmers in adopting modern agricultural methods.
• Assist in the development and implementation of livestock management practices.
• Conduct training sessions on sustainable farming and crop management.
• Monitor the progress of agricultural projects and report findings.
• Support in the development of rural agricultural infrastructure.
• Promote organic farming, water conservation techniques, and soil health practices.
• Liaise with local authorities, NGOs, and agricultural experts to enhance agricultural productivity.

• Educational Qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
• Age: 18-35 years.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of agriculture and farming, willingness to learn new techniques, good communication skills.

Experience:

• Fresher: Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided by the foundation.
• Experienced: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in agriculture, livestock management, or related fields.

Salary:

• Fresher: INR 10,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
• Experienced: INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Job Type:

• Full-time, with opportunities for fieldwork and community engagement.

Selection Process:

• Online Exam: All candidates will be required to pass an online exam hosted on the Nishant Growth Foundation website.
• Successful candidates will receive training and placement assistance.
