About Nishant Growth Foundation: Nishant Growth Foundation is a dedicated non-governmental organization committed to empowering rural communities through savings groups (Self-Help Groups) and various skill development initiatives. The foundation works to provide opportunities for economic independence, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

Role Overview: The Empowerment Trainer will play a key role in implementing the Savings Group Empowerment and Self-Employment Program. Trainers will guide savings group members through skill development, entrepreneurship, and community empowerment activities. This role requires individuals who are passionate about rural development and have the ability to inspire and educate others.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Training & Development:

o    Conduct training sessions for savings group members, focusing on vocational skills, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

o    Provide practical workshops on topics such as small-scale industries, product manufacturing, digital tools, and marketing strategies.

2.      Group Formation & Registration:

o    Assist in the formation and registration of new savings groups with the organization.

o    Guide members through the registration process and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

3.      Support & Mentorship:

o    Offer continuous guidance and support to group members, helping them address challenges and achieve their goals.

o    Monitor the progress of group activities and report outcomes to the organization.

4.      Awareness & Outreach:

o    Raise awareness about the empowerment and self-employment program in rural communities.

o    Encourage participation and mobilize citizens to join the program.

5.      Administrative Duties:

o    Maintain accurate records of training sessions, group activities, and member progress.

o    Collaborate with the organization’s team to ensure seamless program execution.

·         10th, 12th and Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

·         Prior experience in training, teaching, or community development activities.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to motivate and engage rural community members.

·         Proficiency in local languages and basic digital tools.

·         Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to the foundation’s mission.
