Job Title: Entrepreneurship Trainer

Job Overview:
As an Entrepreneurship Trainer under the Entrepreneurship & Start-up Development Program, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and training unemployed youth in rural and urban areas on how to start and manage their own businesses. This role is crucial in fostering entrepreneurship and economic development across India, focusing on job creation and self-employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver entrepreneurship training sessions and workshops for youth.
• Guide participants on business planning, market analysis, funding sources, and legal requirements for starting a business.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs, assisting them in overcoming challenges in starting their businesses.
• Design and implement training materials and curriculum tailored to rural and urban entrepreneurial needs.
• Monitor progress of trainees and provide on-going support throughout their entrepreneurial journey.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders, businesses, and government agencies to support the program's goals.

Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• Fresher: No prior experience is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experienced: Prior experience in entrepreneurship training, business development, or mentoring is an advantage (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles and small business management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to take entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to different business environments.

Age Limit: 18 - 35 years

Job Type: Full-time

Candidates will be selected based on an online exam, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.
