Job Description:

Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Udyog Finance Coordinator under various Micro-Finance & Self-Help Group (SHG) projects. The selected candidates will play a key role in facilitating micro-finance programs, supporting small businesses, and promoting self-employment in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to facilitate financial support and micro-financing for rural communities.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting financial literacy programs for rural entrepreneurs.
  • Help beneficiaries with loan applications, repayment schedules, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of micro-finance projects and assess their impact.
  • Engage with local stakeholders, including banks, government bodies, and community organizations, to ensure smooth execution of the projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Salary:

  • For Fresher: 15,000 - 20,000 per month.
  • For Experienced Candidates (1-3 years): 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial principles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work with rural communities and willingness to travel within the district/block/village areas.

Age Limit: The candidate should be between 18 to 35 years of age.

Job Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Experience: Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as finance, community development, or social work.
