Job Summary:
Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Loan Assistant. This role is part of our Micro-Finance and Self-Help Group initiative aimed at promoting small businesses and self-employment in rural areas by providing financial support to individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Provide guidance to applicants regarding loan eligibility and repayment terms.
- Maintain records of all loans disbursed and follow up on repayment schedules.
- Support Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in understanding financial principles and managing their funds.
- Conduct community outreach and awareness programs to promote the benefits of micro-financing.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and SHG members.
- Basic understanding of financial procedures and loan management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of rural development and community engagement is a plus.
Salary:
- For fresher: INR 15,000 - INR 20,000 per month.
- For experienced candidates: INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per month, depending on the level of experience and skill set.
