Job Summary: Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking dedicated individuals to serve as Healthcare discount Card Representatives in villages across India. This role involves registering villagers for the Healthcare discount Membership Card, spreading awareness about the health plan, and assisting citizens in accessing health benefits. The salary will be performance-based, determined by the number of cards registered each month.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Card Registration:

Register villagers for the Healthcare discount Membership Card online.

Ensure the registration process is simple and accessible for all citizens.

Awareness and Promotion:

Spread awareness about the Healthcare discount Card within the rural community.

Communicate the benefits of the scheme to citizens and encourage them to register.

Support and Assistance:

Provide assistance to citizens throughout the registration process.

Resolve any questions or issues related to the registration process.

Data Management:

Compile and secure the data of registered citizens.

Keep the information on discounts and health benefits up-to-date.

Feedback Collection:

Collect feedback from citizens about the scheme and share it with the organization.

Provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the health plan.

Salary Structure:

Performance-Based Pay: Monthly salary will be based on the number of registered membership cards.

Commission: Fixed commission for each registered card.

Education: Minimum 12th-grade passes.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with the rural community.

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in online registration processes and data management.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in healthcare, social work, or rural development.

Knowledge of the local language is essential.

Selection Process: After reviewing applications, selected candidates will be invited for an interview.

Training: Successful candidates will receive training on the scheme and registration process.
