Job Summary:
The Healthcare Services Coordinator will play a vital role in improving healthcare access and quality in rural areas across India. This position involves the registration of citizens for the Healthcare Discount Card, establishing partnerships with local healthcare providers, organizing patient check-up camps, and recruiting nurses to support healthcare initiatives in villages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Healthcare Discount Card Registration:
    • Facilitate the online registration of every village citizen for the Healthcare Membership Discount Card.
    • Ensure that all registrations are completed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Healthcare Provider Partnerships:
    • Establish and maintain partnerships with all types of doctors and healthcare providers in the village.
    • Negotiate discounts and services to be offered under the Healthcare Membership Discount Card scheme.
  3. Organizing Health Camps:
    • Coordinate and arrange patient check-up camps in the village, ensuring that villagers have access to essential healthcare services.
    • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of these camps.
  4. Nurse Recruitment:
    • Recruit and manage nurses to support healthcare initiatives in each village.
    • Ensure that the recruited nurses are trained and capable of providing quality care.

Salary:

  • Fresher: INR 15,000 - INR 20,000 per month.
  • Experienced (1-3 years): INR 20,000 - INR 25,000 per month.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of a 10th or 12th-grade pass. Candidates with a background in healthcare or related fields will be preferred.
  • Experience: Fresher’s are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in healthcare coordination, community outreach, or similar roles will have an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
    • Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and online registration processes.
    • Proficiency in using computers and online platforms.

  • The selection process will be conducted through an online exam. Successful candidates will be shortlisted for further evaluation.
