Job Summary:
The District Healthcare Services Manager will lead the implementation and management of the Healthcare Discount Card program at the district level. This role involves overseeing healthcare initiatives, establishing partnerships with healthcare providers, coordinating healthcare services, and ensuring effective execution of the program across the district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management or pharmacy and possess leadership qualities to enhance healthcare delivery in rural and semi-urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Healthcare Discount Card Program Management:
Oversee the district-wide implementation of the Healthcare Membership Discount Card program.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of citizen registrations across all Tehsil/Block levels within the district.
Resolve any issues related to the registration process and ensure compliance with program guidelines.
Healthcare Provider Network Development:
Establish and maintain partnerships with district-level healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centres.
Negotiate and secure agreements for discounts and services under the Healthcare Membership Discount Card scheme.
Coordination of Health Camps and Outreach Activities:
Plan, organize, and oversee district-wide health checkup camps in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Ensure effective logistics management, including staffing, medical supplies, and camp operations.
Coordinate with Tehsil/Block level managers to ensure smooth execution of outreach activities.
Pharmacy and Medical Supply Management:
Collaborate with district-level pharmacies and medical suppliers to ensure the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies for healthcare initiatives.
Manage and monitor the inventory of medical supplies required for health camps and other healthcare services.
Supervision and Training:
Recruit, train, and manage healthcare staff, including nurses and coordinators, within the district.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to Tehsil/Block level managers and healthcare staff.
Reporting and Compliance:
Maintain comprehensive records of all healthcare activities, partnerships, and registrations within the district.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Prepare and submit regular reports on program performance, challenges, and successes to state-level management.
Education:
Minimum qualification of M.Pharmacy, B.Pharmacy, D.Pharm, or a Master's in Healthcare Management/Public Health.
Experience:
Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in healthcare management, pharmacy management, or related fields will be preferred. Fresher’s with relevant educational qualifications may also apply.

Salary:
Fresher: INR 35,000 - INR 40,000 per month.
Experienced: (2-5 years): INR 40,000 - INR 50,000 per month.
Selection Process: The selection process will include an online exam, followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates.
