Location: Across all states of India (Village, Block/Tehsil, and District level)

Program: Health & Social Security Program

Objective: To enhance access to healthcare services in rural areas and spread awareness about health and social security.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Promote health services in rural areas and increase awareness about healthcare benefits.
2. Coordinate with local doctors, hospitals, and health centres to arrange medical camps.
3. Assist villagers in obtaining healthcare services and ensuring the availability of necessary medical facilities.
4. Educate citizens on healthcare practices, preventive care, and social security benefits.
5. Work with the community to identify health concerns and facilitate solutions.
6. Help in organizing health check-up camps and managing patient registrations.
7. Coordinate with government agencies and non-profit organizations to improve healthcare access in rural areas.

Salary:

• Fresher: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
• Experienced: 20,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on years of experience and skills)

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
• Experience in healthcare or social work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Job Type: Full-time (Contractual, subject to performance)

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an online exam conducted by the Nishant Growth Foundation.
