Job Description:

The Health Training Assistant will work closely with the Nishant Growth Foundation to promote health awareness and deliver basic health services in rural areas of India. The role involves providing training to local communities on health and hygiene, first aid, nutrition, and preventive health care measures. The assistant will be responsible for conducting workshops, organizing health camps, and collaborating with local health authorities to ensure the availability of essential health resources.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct health awareness programs and workshops in rural areas.
  • Provide basic training on first aid, hygiene practices, and disease prevention.
  • Assist in organizing health camps and medical check-ups.
  • Distribute educational materials on health and sanitation.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare workers to improve health services in the region.
  • Report on the health needs of the community and suggest improvements.
  • Create awareness about government health schemes and social security programs.

 

Salary:

  • Fresher: 15,000 – 20,000 per month
  • Experienced Candidates (1-3 years): 20,000 – 25,000 per month
  • Additional travel allowance and performance incentives may be offered based on the region and job responsibilities.
  • Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board.
  • Age: 18 to 35 years.
  • Skills: Basic communication skills, willingness to work in rural areas, and an understanding of local languages are a plus.

 

Selection Process:

  • Candidates will be selected through an online examination.
  • The online exam will test basic knowledge of health, hygiene, and general awareness.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a telephonic or video interview.

 

Training:

Selected candidates will undergo a short training program by Nishant Growth Foundation, covering health training methodologies, basic healthcare principles, and community engagement strategies.
