Job Description:

As a Health Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of health initiatives under the Health & Social Security Program in rural areas. Your key role will be to ensure that health services reach remote communities, conduct awareness campaigns, and coordinate with local authorities to address health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement health-related programs in rural regions.
• Manage a team of health workers and volunteers at the village, block/tehsil, and district levels.
• Conduct awareness drives focusing on health, hygiene, and social security in rural areas.
• Collaborate with local health departments and NGOs to strengthen healthcare delivery.
• Track and report on program progress, ensuring timely achievement of objectives.
• Conduct training sessions for health workers to improve their skills in providing primary healthcare.
• Organize community health events, workshops, and outreach programs.

Salary:

• For Fresher: 15,000 to 20,000 per month (depending on location and skillset).

For Experienced Candidates: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (depending on experience).

• 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board.
• Basic knowledge of health services and community healthcare will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and lead local volunteers and staff.

Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

Job Location: Available across all states of India, with a focus on rural, village, block/tehsil, and district areas.
