Job Summary:

The Healthcare Services Manager will oversee healthcare initiatives at the Tehsil/Block level, ensuring the efficient implementation of the Healthcare Discount Card program and managing healthcare services within the designated area. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in pharmacy who can leverage their expertise to enhance healthcare access and quality in rural areas.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Healthcare Discount Card Program Management:

Supervise the online registration of citizens for the Healthcare Membership Discount Card within the Tehsil/Block.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of registrations and address any issues that arise.

 

Healthcare Provider Network Development:

Establish and maintain relationships with local doctors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

Negotiate and finalize agreements for discounts and services under the Healthcare Membership Discount Card scheme.

 

Health Camp Coordination:

Plan and organize health check-up camps in collaboration with local healthcare professionals.

Oversee the logistics, staffing, and execution of these camps to ensure they run smoothly.

 

Pharmacy and Medical Supply Management:

Collaborate with local pharmacies and medical suppliers to ensure availability of essential medicines and supplies during health camps.

Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies required for healthcare initiatives.

 

Nurse and Healthcare Staff Supervision:

Recruit, train, and manage nurses and other healthcare staff within the Tehsil/Block.

Ensure that all staff are well-trained and capable of providing quality healthcare services.

 

Reporting and Compliance:

Maintain detailed records of all healthcare activities, registrations, and partnerships.

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and policies.

Education: Minimum qualification of B Pharmacy or D .Pharm

Experience: Fresher’s and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare management, or related fields are welcome.

 

Skills:

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in healthcare practices, pharmacy management, and online registration processes.

Ability to work independently and manage a team of healthcare professionals.

 

Salary: Fresher: INR 25,000 - INR 30,000 per month.

Experienced: (1-3 years): INR 30,000 - INR 35,000 per month.

 

Selection Process: The selection process will be conducted through an online exam followed by interviews for shortlisted candidates.
