Job Description: The Women Empowerment Trainer will play a key role in providing training and support to rural women across India to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship. The trainer will be responsible for conducting workshops and practical sessions on skills like sewing, weaving, and managing small-scale businesses. The goal is to empower women to become self-reliant through sustainable livelihood practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions on various vocational skills like sewing, weaving, handicrafts, and small business management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to women participating in the program.
  • Help women develop entrepreneurial skills and support them in starting small businesses.
  • Collaborate with local communities to understand their needs and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and provide continuous support.

Job Location: Available in all states of India, with a focus on rural areas.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or working with rural communities (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of vocational skills such as sewing, weaving, or handicrafts (preferred).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility:

  • Age: 18 to 40 years.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary:

  • Freshers: 15,000 – 20,000 per month.
  • Experienced candidates: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).

Selection Process:

  • Selection will be based on an online exam, followed by an interview for shortlisted candidates.
