Job Description: We are seeking an observant and proactive Training Specialist to join our team. The Training Specialist will play a key role in assessing the skills of new and existing employees, organizing training programs, and ensuring the continual professional development of all staff members.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate employees' skills and performance quality.

Identify areas where employees’ skills need improvement.

Design and organize training sessions tailored to various roles within the organization.

Ensure that new employees receive comprehensive introductory training.

Develop and prepare instructional materials for training programs.

Plan and execute annual refresher courses for all staff members.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

Salary:

For Fresher’s: 25,000 - 30,000 per month.

For Experienced Professionals: 35,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

A degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field.

Prior experience in HR or training management is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong planning and time management skills.

Ability to simplify and convey complex information effectively.
