Job Overview:
Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking a skilled and dynamic Training Manager to oversee our training and development initiatives across India. The Training Manager will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training programs, and ensuring the successful execution of these programs to build an effective and efficient workforce. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a strategic mindset to align training initiatives with the organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment: Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with department managers.
Program Development: Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
Training Materials: Create and develop training manuals, guides, and resources that lead to tangible results.
Implementation: Implement effective and purposeful training methods tailored to the needs of the organization.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage the training budget, ensuring the cost-effectiveness of training programs.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and contributing to overall performance improvement.
Skills Assessment: Assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training.
Brand Values: Drive and reinforce the organization’s brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, trainers, and management to ensure the success of training programs.
Curriculum Development: Develop a strategic training curriculum that aligns with the long-term goals of the organization.
Resource Management: Select and manage training resources, including internal staff and external training vendors, to deliver effective training solutions.
Technology Management: Oversee the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage, and deliver training programs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on training trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve training initiatives.
Salary:
Fresher: Starting from INR 35,000 per month.
Experienced Candidates: Up to INR 60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field (essential)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development management (essential)
Fresher’s with exceptional academic performance and relevant internships may also be considered.
Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving abilities.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methodologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in an online examination. The exam will assess relevant skills and knowledge required for the Training Manager role.
