Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating employee skills, creating and implementing training programs, and ensuring that new employees receive effective onboarding training. The Training Coordinator will play a critical role in enhancing employee performance and supporting their professional development.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate employee performance to identify areas where skills need improvement.

Develop and implement training programs tailored to address skill gaps.

Prepare and organize learning materials necessary for training sessions.

Conduct surveys and assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into their roles.

Attend relevant conferences and events to stay updated on the latest trends in education and training.

Salary:

For Fresher’s: 25,000 - 30,000 per month.

For Experienced Professionals: 35,000 - 45,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

A degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field.

Prior experience in HR or training roles is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Extensive knowledge of various teaching methods and training techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and planning skills.
