Job Summary: Nishant Growth Foundation is looking for dynamic individuals to serve as Education Services Coordinators in villages across India. The role involves registering students for the Education Membership Card, guiding them through available educational courses, and promoting educational initiatives within the community. The salary will be determined by the number of membership cards registered each month.
Key Responsibilities:
Membership Card Registration:
Register village students for the Education Membership Card.
Complete the online registration process and verify students' information.
Course Information and Guidance:
Provide students and their families with information about the 615 available courses.
Assist students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests and career goals.
Promotion and Awareness:
Promote the Sampoorna Shiksha scheme within the village.
Collaborate with schools, panchayats and local organizations to raise awareness.
Support and Assistance:
Offer support to students and their families during the registration process.
Resolve any questions or issues that arise for the students.
Data Management:
Maintain organized and secure data of registered students.
Regularly update data and prepare reports.
Progress Monitoring:
Monitor students' progress in their courses and motivate them to succeed.
Assist students in preparing for exams at the end of their courses.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from students and their families and share it with the NGO.
Provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the educational scheme.
Education: Minimum 12th-grade passes.
Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language, Hindi and English.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
Community Relations: Good standing and connections within the local community.
Experience:
Prior experience in education or social work is preferred.
Experience in promotional and awareness campaigns is desirable.
