Job Overview:
Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Digital Education Assistant. This position focuses on enhancing digital literacy and providing computer-based skills training to unemployed youth in rural areas. The Digital Education Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering digital education programs and providing technical support to learners in various villages, blocks/tehsils, and districts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct digital literacy training sessions and computer-based skills development workshops for 10th and 12th-pass unemployed youth in rural areas.
  • Assist in developing digital education materials and resources.
  • Provide technical support to learners, including troubleshooting and guiding them on using digital devices and software.
  • Collaborate with local community leaders, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of learners and maintain records of attendance and performance.
  • Encourage and motivate participants to achieve their learning goals and facilitate a positive learning environment.
  • Ensure the setup and maintenance of digital education centres in rural areas.

Salary:

  • For Fresher’s: 10,000 - 15,000 per month (depending on location and performance).
  • For Experienced Candidates: 15,000 - 20,000 per month (depending on experience and location).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass from a recognized board.
  • Age: 18 to 35 years.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and digital tools.
  • Good communication skills in the local language and Hindi/English.
  • Ability to work in rural settings and adapt to different local conditions.
  • Passion for education and community development.

Experience:

  • Fresher: Enthusiastic candidates with willingness to learn and contribute to rural digital education programs are welcome.
  • Experienced: Candidates with prior experience in teaching, digital literacy programs, or community development will be preferred.

Selection Process:

  1. Online Application: Interested candidates need to apply online through the Nishant Growth Foundation's official website.
  2. Online Exam: Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for an online examination to test their knowledge of digital literacy, basic computer skills, and communication abilities.
  3. Interview: Candidates who clear the online exam will be invited for an online interview to assess their suitability for the role.
  4. Final Selection: Based on the online exam and interview performance, the final list of selected candidates will be published.

Note: This position is open across all states in India. Candidates must be willing to work in rural areas and travel within designated regions as part of the job.
