Job Description:

As a Data Entry Operator for Nishant Growth Foundation, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our digital systems. The role involves compiling data from various sources and ensuring the highest level of accuracy. You will be supporting the organization’s operations by handling large amounts of information, which will be used in reporting and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data into the organization's database with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update records with new and corrected information.
• Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Process sensitive information following data privacy guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry processes are streamlined.
• Generate reports from the database as per requirement.
• Follow standard operating procedures for data management.

Requirements:

• 10th or 12th pass from a recognized board.
• Basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with data entry processes.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Eligibility:

• Age: 18-35 years.
• Education: 10th or 12th pass.
• Fresher Candidates: Welcome to apply with no prior experience.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:

• Fresher: 10,000 - 15,000 per month.
• Experienced: 15,000 - 20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).

Selection Process:

• Candidates will be selected through an online exam hosted on the Nishant Growth Foundation’s website.
• The exam will test basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Successful candidates will receive job placement assistance and are eligible for cash back on exam fees upon passing.
