Job Description:

Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join us as Computer Trainers under our Digital Education and Technical Assistance Program. The program aims to provide digital literacy and computer-based skills to youth in rural areas across India. As a Computer Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on computer fundamentals, software applications, internet usage, and digital tools to students in various villages, blocks/tehsils, and districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet browsing, email usage, and other essential software applications.
• Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that meet the specific needs of rural youth.
• Assess the progress of trainees and provide feedback to enhance their learning experience.
• Organize workshops and practical sessions to ensure hands-on experience for the trainees.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress reports, and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital education.
• Collaborate with local communities and other trainers to create a conducive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of computer applications and digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach and explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Passion for teaching and empowering rural youth.
• Prior experience as a computer trainer or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Requirements:

• Fresher: Candidates with a passion for teaching and basic knowledge of computers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
• Experienced Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in teaching computer skills or similar roles.

Salary:

• For Fresher’s: 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
• For Experienced Candidates: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level).

Age Limit:

• The age of the applicant should be between 18 to 35 years.

Selection Process:

1. Online Application: Candidates must fill out the online application form available on the Nishant Growth Foundation website.
2. Online Exam: Shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for an online exam that will assess their knowledge of computer basics and teaching aptitude.
3. Interview: Candidates who pass the online exam will be called for a virtual interview with the selection committee.
