Job Description:
The Self-Employment Assistant will play a vital role in empowering rural women by facilitating skill development and providing training in areas such as sewing, weaving, and small-scale business management. The assistant will support rural women in becoming self-reliant and help them develop essential skills to start their own businesses, thereby fostering economic independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training in various self-employment skills (sewing, weaving, and small business operations).
• Assist in organizing workshops and seminars for rural women to enhance their skills and entrepreneurial knowledge.
• Offer on-going support and mentorship to participants throughout their training.
• Work with local authorities and stakeholders to promote the program and increase participation.
• Ensure effective implementation of the program in the assigned regions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 10th and 12th pass candidates.
• Age: 18 to 35 years.
• Fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with rural communities.
• Basic knowledge of sewing, weaving, or small-scale business operations is a plus.
• Passion for women empowerment and community development.

Job Location:
This position will be available across all states of India, ensuring wide outreach and access to rural areas.

Salary:

• Fresher’s: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and region).
• Experienced candidates: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and region).

Selection Process:
The selection will be based on an online exam, assessing candidates' general aptitude and interest in community work.
