Job Description:
As a Business Development Officer (BDO) at Nishant Growth Foundation, you will be responsible for driving the expansion and growth of entrepreneurship and start-up initiatives in rural and urban areas. You will work closely with local communities, educational institutions, and government agencies to promote skill development programs, encourage self-employment, and assist in the implementation of various projects designed to enhance economic opportunities for unemployed youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Development: Develop business plans and strategies to promote entrepreneurship and self-employment among 10th and 12th pass unemployed youth in rural and semi-urban areas.
- Training & Mentorship: Organize training programs and workshops on business development, financial literacy, and start-up incubation.
- Community Engagement: Collaborate with local stakeholders, including schools, NGOs, and government agencies, to identify potential candidates and partners.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of entrepreneurial projects and monitor the progress of start-up’s initiated under the foundation's guidance.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, business opportunities, and potential challenges faced by aspiring entrepreneurs.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on project progress, training outcomes, and success stories, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Online Exam Coordination: Help organize and coordinate the online exam process for candidates applying to the Business Development Officer role.
