Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit staff members, team members, field officers, and block coordinators in each tehsil/block for various projects and assignments.
- Create awareness about new projects and initiatives.
- Research information about new crops, calculates their costs, and connects with farmers, producers, buyers, organizations, and government officers.
- Identify seasonal crops and promote irrigation techniques that simplify farming for farmers.
- Build relationships with institutions, franchises, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and educational organizations.
- Encourage farmers to adopt new crops by analysing costs and benefits.
- Track registration of new crops in the state and understand their cultivation processes.
- Gather, verify, and share information with interested parties.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third-party providers of goods and materials.
- Explore new growth opportunities and on-going processes to enhance productivity.
- Provide technical advice and complete project details to the organization.
- Offer training related to the project.
- Work on current and upcoming project opportunities.
- Monitor crop maintenance and growth.
- Ensure direct procurement of produce from farmers as per company policies.
- Develop and implement new strategies to boost work progress.
- Submit project reviews and data reports to officers.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all work activities.
- Assist senior officers during periodic reviews.
- Devise innovative plans to enhance project performance.
