Job Description:

The Livestock Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting with the development and promotion of modern livestock management practices. This position involves working directly with farmers and livestock owners to educate and support them in improving their livestock's health, productivity, and overall management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to farmers on best practices in livestock management, breeding, feeding, and health care.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and awareness programs on modern livestock techniques.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock in rural areas.
  • Support the implementation of government or foundation-led livestock development programs in the region.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of vaccination and disease control campaigns for livestock.
  • Maintain records of livestock health, production data, and field activities.
  • Report regularly on the progress of livestock management projects to the program coordinator.
  • Education: Must have passed 10th or 12th grade.
  • Age: 18 to 35 years old.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of livestock or agriculture, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Salary:

  • For Fresher’s: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month, based on performance.
  • For Experienced Candidates (1-3 years): INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 per month.
