Job Summary:

Nishant Growth Foundation seeks proactive and dedicated individuals to serve as Rural Coordinators. This role involves engaging with rural communities to drive membership registrations, manage product distributions, and promote awareness of the NGO’s initiatives. Candidates will gain valuable experience in social service and an opportunity for career growth within the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Registration:

Facilitate online registration for NGO membership cards for village citizens.

Verify required documents and ensure accuracy during the registration process.

Product Distribution:

Distribute products to registered members every 15 days.

Maintain detailed records of distributed products and ensure accountability.

Community Engagement:

Build strong connections with village residents, addressing their concerns and feedback.

Organize awareness programs to educate citizens about the NGO’s objectives and services.

Financial and Reporting:

Accurately handle funds received during membership registration.

Provide timely reports and updates to the NGO head office.

Training & Part-time Work:

Participate in a 3-month part-time “Invite and Earn” program to learn NGO operations.

Assist with online membership registrations for village citizens during training.

Demonstrate skills and capabilities during this period to qualify for permanent roles.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 10th or 12th-grade pass.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language and Hindi.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and internet literacy.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and community engagement skills.

Selection Process:

  1. Online Examination:
    • Candidates must appear for an online exam.
    • Examination fee: ₹55 (refundable if not selected).
  2. Training & Evaluation:
    • Candidates who pass the exam will undergo a 3–6 month training period under the “Invite and Earn” program.
    • Training includes practical work, such as membership card registration, to assess performance and skills.
  3. Job Confirmation:
    • Post-training, candidates may be offered a permanent position based on their performance.

 

Career Growth:

Successful candidates may be promoted to the Distributor Manager role, involving broader responsibilities and more opportunities to contribute to the NGO’s initiatives.
