Job Description:

The Village Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Agriculture and farm projects at the village level. This includes coordinating with village communities, facilitating the execution of environmental initiatives such as tree plantation, and ensuring the smooth progress of the project activities. The Village Coordinator will act as a liaison between the NGO, local authorities, and the village community to promote sustainability and environmental conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the villagers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between project management and village-level stakeholders.
  • Supervise the implementation of tree planting and other environmental activities.
  • Monitor the progress of the project in the assigned village and report back to the central team.
  • Motivate the community to participate actively in the project activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the project guidelines and timelines.
  • Education: Minimum qualification - 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
  • Experience: Either fresher’s and candidates with experience in community development, environmental projects or rural management are welcome.
  • Skills: Good communication skills, ability to motivate people, and strong organizational skills.

Salary:

  • Fresher: 15,000 - 20,000 per month.
  • Experienced: 20,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).

Selection Process:

  • Online application followed by an online exam.
  • The exam will test basic aptitude, communication skills, and understanding of rural and environmental issues.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further interviews or assessments.
