Job Description:
As a Public Relations Officer (PRO) under the Harit Sampada Yojna, you will play a vital role in promoting environmental sustainability by engaging in public relations work, conducting awareness campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders, including government bodies, villagers, and environmental organizations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing public relations strategies to support the Harit Sampada Yojna’s goals.
  • Organizing and managing awareness campaigns at the local and regional levels to promote environmental sustainability.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between the foundation and media, governmental bodies, and community leaders.
  • Preparing press releases, speeches, and media content to enhance the public image of the foundation’s initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely updates and information dissemination.
  • Managing social media and other communication platforms for the promotion of the project.
  • A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and regional languages.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good organizational skills and experience in campaign management.

Experience:

  • Fresher’s: Eligible to apply if they have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in public relations, media management, or environmental campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:

  • Fresher’s: INR 25,000 - INR 35,000 per month.
  • Experienced Candidates: INR 35,000 - INR 50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).

Job Location:
This position is open across all states in India. Public Relations Officers will work in their designated regions with opportunities for travel within the state for campaigns and awareness drives.

Job Selection Process:

  • Phase 1: Online Examination (Multiple Choice Questions) to test knowledge of public relations, environmental awareness, and communication skills.
  • Phase 2: Interview (online or in-person) focusing on communication skills, experience, and role-related competencies.
