Job Description:

As a Village Agriculture Assistant under the Harit Sampada Yojana, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable agricultural practices in rural areas. You will work closely with farmers, tribal citizens, and local communities to implement agricultural schemes, provide technical assistance, and ensure that all agricultural-related initiatives are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist local farmers with crop selection, soil health management, and sustainable farming techniques.
2. Provide guidance on organic farming, water conservation, and efficient use of fertilizers.
3. Help farmers access government schemes and benefits related to agriculture.
4. Conduct regular field visits to assess crop health and provide on-ground support.
5. Organize training workshops and awareness programs on modern agricultural practices.
6. Collaborate with local agricultural officers to ensure the successful implementation of agricultural schemes.
7. Assist farmers in adopting new technologies and innovations in farming.
8. Provide technical support to farmers to increase productivity and profitability.

• Educational Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum qualification of 10th or 12th grade, along with a diploma or certification in agriculture or a related field.
• Experience:
• Fresher’s: Encouraged to apply, as the position is open to candidates who are passionate about working in rural agriculture development.
• Experienced Candidates: Those with prior experience in agriculture, fieldwork, or rural development will be preferred.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of agricultural practices and sustainability.
• Good communication skills to engage with farmers and local communities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems related to farming.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to contribute to rural agricultural development.

Salary:

• The salary will be performance-based, depending on the number of farmers assisted and agricultural initiatives completed each month.
• Incentives and bonuses will be available based on achieving set targets and goals.

Job Type:

• Full-time position.
• Permanent after successful completion of the probation period.
