Job Description:
The Plantation Assistant will be responsible for assisting with tree plantation activities as part of the organization's Environmental Protection Program. The role involves working closely with local communities to promote afforestation, maintain saplings, and support environmental conservation efforts. This position aims to foster sustainable development and enhance greenery in rural and semi-urban areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tree plantation drives in designated areas.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of planted saplings.
• Engage with local communities and encourage participation in environmental conservation efforts.
• Maintain records of saplings planted, growth, and survival rates.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure the successful execution of environmental initiatives.

Salary:

• 15,000 to 25,000 per month (based on experience and location).

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
• Fresher: Fresher’s are welcome.
• Experience: Experience in similar roles (such as agriculture, horticulture, or environmental work) is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of plant care and environment conservation.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate with others.
• Good communication skills in local languages.
• Physical fitness to work in outdoor settings.
