Job Summary: Nishant Growth Foundation is looking for committed individuals to serve as Annadata Suraksha Coordinator in villages across India. This role involves registering farmers and tribal citizens for the Annadata Suraksha Membership Card, educating them about the Agriculture and farm projects, and supporting them in improving their agricultural practices. The salary will be determined by the number of membership cards registered each month.
Key Responsibilities:
Farmer and Tribal Citizen Registration:
Register farmers and tribal citizens for the Annadata Suraksha Membership Card online.
Assist in completing the online registration process on the NGO's website.
Providing Information on Agriculture and farm projects:
Educate farmers and tribal citizens about the benefits and features of the Agriculture and farm projects.
Provide information on the services and facilities available under the scheme.
Communication and Support:
Maintain regular contact with farmers and tribal citizens.
Assist them in availing the benefits of the Agriculture and farm projects.
Training and Workshops:
Organize training sessions and workshops for farmers and tribal citizens.
Educate them on new farming techniques and methods for sustainable development.
Data Management:
Maintain and secure the data of all registered members.
Analyze data to monitor the performance and improvement of the scheme.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Coordinate with other NGO staff and officials.
Provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the Agriculture and farm projects.
Daily Responsibilities:
Engage daily with farmers and tribal citizens to understand their needs and concerns.
Register new members and update the data of existing members.
Regularly visit the fields to monitor progress and address issues.
Special Tasks:
Organize special camps and workshops periodically.
Ensure the timely distribution of products under the scheme.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Submit reports to senior officials within the organization.
Agricultural Certificate / Diploma Course, Agriculture Graduation / Post graduation
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers and the internet.
Experience: Prior experience working with rural and tribal communities is preferred.
Language Skills: Proficiency in local languages (where the job is located) and Hindi.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with the community.
Salary Structure:
Performance-Based Pay: RS 250 per registered Annadata Suraksha Membership Card.
Monthly salary will be determined by the total number of cards registered.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through an online exam.
Training: Selected candidates will receive training on the registration process and scheme details.
