Job Description:
Nishant Growth Foundation is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join as Environment Protection Officers. This role focuses on promoting environmental conservation initiatives and ensuring the protection and enhancement of green spaces across India. As part of the foundation’s mission to create a sustainable and eco-friendly future, the officers will actively participate in various environmental programs like tree plantation drives, awareness campaigns, and implementing sustainability practices in rural areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Program Management: Lead and manage environmental protection projects, including tree plantation campaigns, waste management programs, and water conservation initiatives.
- Awareness Campaigns: Conduct workshops and awareness drives in villages, schools, and communities to educate the public about the importance of environmental protection.
- Field Work: Oversee on-ground activities, including planting trees, managing nurseries, and ensuring the growth and maintenance of green zones.
- Reporting: Document and report the progress of projects, challenges faced, and results achieved to the regional office.
- Collaboration: Work closely with local government bodies, schools, and communities to foster partnerships that support environmental protection goals.
