Job Description:
As a Block Manager under the Harit Sampada Yojna, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the progress of environmental projects at the block level. Your primary duties include monitoring ongoing initiatives, ensuring that project goals are met, and working closely with Village Coordinators and Field Workers to drive effective implementation. You will also be required to liaise with local authorities and community leaders to facilitate smooth execution of the program within your assigned block.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of Harit Sampada Yojna in your designated block.
• Monitor project progress, including tree planting and other environmental activities.
• Coordinate with Village Coordinators, Field Workers, and community stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on project activities and outcomes for higher authorities.
• Resolve any operational issues that arise at the block level.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards set by the scheme.

• Education: Graduate degree in any field (Preferred in Environment, Agriculture, or Social Work)
• Experience: Fresher’s are welcome to apply; however, candidates with 1-2 years of experience in project management, NGO work, or community service will be preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work with local authorities and villagers.

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Selection Process:
The selection process involves an online exam that will test your knowledge of environmental practices, project management skills, and general aptitude. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
