Job Description:

Nishant Growth Foundation is seeking motivated candidates to fill the position of Block Environmental Administrative Officer under the Harit Sampada Yojana. This role focuses on environmental management, sustainability practices, and promoting green initiatives at the block level. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing environmental projects in line with the Harit Sampada Yojana’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage environmental projects within the assigned block.
• Coordinate with local authorities, farmers, and village representatives to implement green initiatives.
• Monitor and report the progress of environmental projects, ensuring compliance with environmental policies.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs for sustainable farming and environmental conservation.
• Prepare detailed reports on environmental activities and project status for higher authorities.
• Work closely with the Block Environmental Officer to ensure effective implementation of the Harit Sampada Yojana.

Address environmental concerns and offer solutions to maintain eco-friendly practise. 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local environmental laws and sustainable practices.

Preferred Qualifications:                  

• Experience in managing environmental or agricultural projects.
• Knowledge of rural development and government environmental schemes.

Salary Structure:

• For Fresher’s: INR 25,000 - 30,000 per month.
• For Experienced Candidates: INR 35,000 - 45,000 per month, based on relevant experience in environmental or administrative roles.

Selection Process:

• The selection process will be conducted via an online exam. Candidates who pass the exam will be shortlisted for interviews and further assessment.
