Job Description:
The Agriculture Project Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of agricultural projects under the Harit Sampada Yojna. The main responsibility of this role will be overseeing, planning, and coordinating agricultural activities at the grassroots level. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the fieldwork, assisting field workers, and ensuring that agricultural practices are implemented efficiently and effectively. You will also liaise with farmers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure that all guidelines and environmental sustainability goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise agricultural projects under the Harit Sampada Yojna at the village and block levels.
• Monitor day-to-day fieldwork, including planting, irrigation, crop management, and other agricultural activities.
• Provide guidance to field workers and assist them in executing their tasks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and sustainability practices.
• Report project progress and challenges to higher authorities and project managers.
• Maintain communication with local farmers and agricultural stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure that all agricultural operations adhere to the established timelines and goals.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• Freshers: Welcome to apply, with the possibility of on-the-job training.
• Experienced Candidates: Preference will be given to those with 1-3 years of relevant experience in agricultural project management or supervision.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage teams effectively; understanding of sustainable agricultural practices; proficiency in reporting and documentation.

Salary:

• Fresher’s: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: 30,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

Selection Process:
The selection process will involve an online exam to assess the candidate’s understanding of agricultural practices, project management, and sustainability. Successful candidates will be shortlisted for interviews.
